ABOUT ME

Engineering Designs for the Future

I am currently a Sophomore Chemical Engineering Student at the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering. My interest in engineering began in high school when I found a love for complex math and science problems that required critical thinking skills to solve. Since then, I have not looked back and I am glad that I have decided to attend PITT to pursue my passions.

My biggest goal while attending school at PITT is to help address the energy crisis, and chemical engineering offers me a pathway to get into areas of research for alternative and cleaner energy resources. I want to help the world become a better place and that's what a career in chemical engineering offers.

While I take classes here at PITT, I am also focused on having a positive impact on the community. I hope to volunteer at local food banks, Habitat for Humanity, participate in PMADD, as well as use my engineering education to help design solutions that can help make people in our local community live better lives.

By using what I learn in my classes, I will be able to design our future with solutions that can solve everyday problems. Seemingly, the future is bright and the possibilities are endless. I can't wait to see where my journey in engineering takes me.

Feel free to reach out to me if you'd like to talk more about engineering and design or even about the projects I have worked on.
